What a great Wednesday! We had biscuits and gravy for breakfast, hot dogs for lunch and burritos for dinner. This morning in breakfast circle we learned to thank people in 5 different languages. We also heard some great dreams. Meals are eaten family style, with counselors and teen staff serving the kids and each other. We often have theme tables, such as the synonym table, the dino table, the no hands table. Kids are able to host a table if they partner with an adult. Meals are an amazing community building time at Camp Winnarainbow. Not to mention the killer salad bar with veggies from Irene's garden.

ReplyDeleteHello and Good Morning, I wanted to ask if by chance there might be more pictures being posted today? I know that this is the first time our two kids (Isaiah & Brianna) have attended this camp, and it would be great to see how they're doing (picture wise), and hopefully they are enjoying camp to the fullest.
